Ash Kaduskar is currently a Head of AI at First Citizens Bank where he is responsible for implementing end to end AI capabilities responsibly across the bank. Ash responsible for implementing AI platform and standing up functions following functions: data science and advanced analytics, AI portfolio management, Responsible AI/AI Governance, and AI engagement, communications, community, and education.

Ash brings 20 years of experience in building and scaling Data & AI solutions across Financial Services, Government, Consumer, and Industrial sectors. Most recently, he served as a Managing Director at Ernst & Young (EY) US Consulting, where he led the firm’s AI go-to-market strategy and advised clients on AI strategy, solutions, and governance to deliver measurable business value.

Ash lives in Charlotte with his wife Sanika and their 13-year-old daughter, Iya. Outside of work, he enjoys playing table tennis competitively and experimenting with new AI tools.
