The Westin Denver Downtown is the exclusive venue for FinAi 2026.
The Westin Denver Downtown, a Marriott hotel, is a 4-star hotel located close to attractions like the 16th Street Mall, Ball Arena, and Coors Field. It features modern rooms with signature Heavenly Beds, a heated rooftop pool with mountain views, and a fitness studio with Peloton machines.

The room block closes on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 9TH; after that we cannot guarantee you will be able to reserve rooms at the event rate. We strongly recommend that you book your rooms early, as our blocks have been selling out quickly.

CHECK IN INFORMATION
- Check-in is at 4:00 PM
- Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Please call the Front Desk if you need to check out late, as late checkout is based on availability and charges may be incurred.
The Westin Denver Downtown supports mobile check-in through the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app. You can use the app to check in up to 24 hours before arrival, set your arrival time, and request a mobile key for room access. You will receive a notification when your room is ready.
PARKING
On-Site Parking:
- Self Parking: Daily: $40.00
- Valet: Daily: $54.00

TRANSPORTATION
- A Line Train: This is a direct, 37-minute train from the airport’s transit center to Union Station in downtown Denver. Union Station is within walking distance of the hotel.
- Ride-sharing Services: Services like Uber are available, with rides to downtown taking approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Shuttle Services: Various shuttle services are available, such as those that can be arranged through the ground transportation area at the airport.
BADGE POLICY
Official conference name badges must be visible at all times for entrance to the cocktail reception and all conference sessions. Your badge is proof of registration; without it, you will not be allowed to participate in any conference activities. There are no exceptions to this policy.
DRESS CODE
Business Casual Dress is recommended. Since meeting room temperatures may vary, we recommend you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions.
