Rohan Kakar is Head of Retail & Consumer Strategy at Chase Auto, driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across dealer and direct-to-consumer lending channels. He is responsible for advancing Chase Auto’s omnichannel lending strategy—leveraging strategic partnerships, API-driven integrations, and AI-enabled decisioning to accelerate portfolio growth and modernize the retail auto finance experience.

He works across product, technology, analytics, operations, and risk to modernize lending operating models—reducing friction, increasing speed, and delivering greater transparency and personalization at scale. He focuses on embedding responsible AI within regulated lending platforms while balancing innovation with strong governance and portfolio discipline.

Prior to Chase, he held senior roles at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), advising financial institutions on enterprise transformation, and at Goldman Sachs, leading strategic growth initiatives for the consumer bank.

He lives in Dallas-Fort-Worth area with his wife and daughter.
