Suzanne Rathbun is Head of Commercial Lending Operations at U.S. Bank. She leads end-to-end operations across commercial and specialty lending, including syndicated lending, commercial real estate, equipment finance, asset-based lending and dealer operations.

Suzanne brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and lending operations, with leadership roles at U.S. Bank and Truist. Throughout her career, she has led complex operational and technology transformations, including loan origination and servicing platform implementations, mergers and acquisitions, system conversions and new-product development. She is focused on modernizing lending operations, strengthening risk management and delivering a consistent client experience.
