With over 15 years of experience in digital innovation and transformation, Rhoads brings a wealth of knowledge to Sonata. His previous roles include strategic digital and marketing positions at Reliant Bank and Wilson Bank & Trust, where he implemented key digital solutions for improved efficiency and customer experiences.

A Certified ScrumMaster® and a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Rhoads now leverages his extensive expertise to transform the restaurant employee experience, setting a new standard in the financial services industry. Rhoads has appeared on podcasts and conducted numerous media interviews regarding technology trends and AI in community banking.
